We call this Emil Alzamora sculpture "Blockhead" but its real title is "Clear Conscience". Like some of our best customers, gallery owners are art junkies too and I bought this piece for myself about 6 years ago. It is in an edition of 6 and with the sale a few days ago, 3 remain.
The people that bought this piece had been admiring it for years. This year is their 25 wedding anniversary and their purchase of "Clear Conscience" is in celebration of that milestone. I apologize if this sounds like bragging but, I am telling you this story because I get really happy when a fellow art junkie agrees with me about such a wonderful work of art.
