With all the decorator show house interest lately I thought I would show an art gallery trick that can be used in any house. Are you ready? A steel wall!

Here at Ten High Street we have 3 walls sheathed in 16 gauge steel. They are painted to look like any plaster wall. The beauty of this system is it gives you the option to display works on paper with magnets. Think of it as a giant refrigerator door.

Installing a wall is simple. Fasten plywood to your studs and glue the steel to the plywood. Paint the steel with metal paint that matches your decor and trim the wall with crown moulding that can support a picture hook if you want to display framed work. That’s it. No admission fee required.
